Summer Call 2025 – A Journey of Team Spirit and Connection

The 3-day-2-night summer trip in August to the pearl island of Cát Bà has captured many precious memories for the Trace-Tec family.

Team building is not only a time for fun, but also a valuable opportunity for every Trace-Tec member to set aside deadlines and fully embrace the spirit of teamwork and unity.

On the football field, the exciting friendly matches turned colleagues into teammates. Every pass and every goal reflected harmony, passion, and the pride of playing for the collective spirit.

Notably, Trace-Tec discovered outstanding “strikers” through this year’s expanded football tournament in Cát Bà. The players delivered impressive performances with skillful and eye-catching plays.

At the same time, we cannot forget to honor the teams in the team building activities, who together created bonding moments, team spirit, and joyful laughter.

By the beach at Summer Call 2025, laughter filled the air through dynamic team activities that broke down barriers and brought everyone closer. It was a moment for each person to challenge themselves, support one another, and recharge with positive energy.

The journey concluded with a warm and meaningful Gala Dinner, where we looked back on achievements, shared stories, and recognized outstanding efforts.

More than just memories, it became a source of motivation for the entire Trace-Tec team to move forward with determination, ready to conquer new goals in 2025.
